the year. After submitting your order online, AsianMunchies.com
will get back to you with our product availability, shipment method
(see below) and final cost.
All items are available
for wholesale through a full case purchase only. We can not break
up or split cases. Minimum orders should total to approximately
$1,000. When in doubt, submit your order to us online and we will
email you on whether or not your order can be fulfilled.
We try to keep the prices
on our website as up to date as possible. On some occasions, products
may cost less or more than indicated on our website. This
is mainly due to variable exchange rates with the U.S. Dollar, to
manufacturers changing their prices and the variable costs for importing
and shipping these items from overseas.
Shipping Methods
All orders are
shipped via freight service. Freight shipping is available throughout
the continental U.S. and Canada. Costs vary, depending on the size
and weight of your order and distance. We ship all freight orders
from our warehouse in New York. Freight shipping time can take anywhere
from 1 to 14 business days to arrive.
All orders are
available to be picked up from our warehouse (F.O.B.) in Maspeth,
New York 11378.
All orders over $2,000 with delivery within New York City, will
be shipped free via truck delivery.
After submitting
your order to us online, you will receive an email with your order
summary and your shipping options and costs. Upon your approval
of your invoice, payment is due via check, money order, wire transfer,
PayPal or all major credit cards.
Payments
by check or money orders will require an additional processing time
of approximately 3 to 5 business days. Wire payment arrangements
can also be arranged. All payments must be cleared by our bank before
your order can be shipped out.
Shipping Liabilities
All orders are
shipped via a third party freight company. We guarantee that our
packages are shipped from our warehouse in excellent condition,
free of damage or dents to product packaging. However, we can not
be responsible for the handling of your package through third parties.
Upon receipt of your order, if you are unhappy with the condition
of your packages, you must refuse delivery for any packages you
deem unsatisfactory.
If you prefer
to work with your own shipping company, you may arrange for your
own pick up from our warehouse.
